Sean joined Winslow Capital in 2024 as a Senior Analyst for the Firm’s Growth Capital Strategy. In his role, he sources investment opportunities and conducts analysis to support investment decisions, portfolio monitoring and portfolio company advisory work. He also supports various aspects of the Strategy’s business development efforts. Sean works closely with the Growth Capital Strategy’s Portfolio Manager, Kelly Flynn, and with Winslow Capital’s entire investment team.

Prior to joining Winslow Capital, Sean was a partner at Riposte Capital, where he served as Director of Research. Prior to Riposte, he spent nine years at Steadfast Financial. At both firms, Sean was an investment analyst while also active in business development and investor relations efforts. Earlier in his career, Sean worked in both Investment Banking and Securitized Products at Morgan Stanley.
