Duncan joined Winslow Capital in 2022 as a Senior Director and Analyst for the Firm’s Growth Capital Strategy. In the role, he conducts analytical work, sources investment opportunities and helps execute the Firm’s private equity investments. He works closely with the Growth Capital Strategy’s Portfolio Manager, Kelly Flynn, and Winslow’s Sector Analysts across all functions.

Prior to joining Winslow, Duncan was an Investment Banking Associate at Piper Sandler within Equity Capital Markets, where he was responsible for the origination, execution and distribution of public and private equity offerings. Earlier in his career, Duncan was an Analyst for a boutique economic consulting and data analysis firm.
