Bin Chen

As Manager of Business Development & Client Engagement, Bin is a key member of the Client Engagement Team contributing to the development and execution of process improvements, current and prospective client retention efforts and sustainability initiatives. She contributes a technical expertise in streamlining data processes and statistical optimization to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.

Bin joined Winslow Capital in 2019 as a Data Reporting Analyst. In 2023, she transitioned to Manager of Business Development and Client Engagement. Prior to joining our firm, she was a Business Data Analyst at U.S. Bank.
