Lisa M. Elm

Lisa oversees Winslow Capital’s sustainability initiatives, developing and integrating strategies and maintaining programs centered on the culture and business components of Winslow’s sustainability vision. In collaboration with the CEO and business leaders, she identifies opportunities to live our corporate values and deliver excellence for clients, enhance our culture and foster an inclusive environment. Lisa is a member of Winslow Capital’s Management Committee, chair of the Firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, co-chair of Nuveen’s Regional Giving Committee and member of Nuveen’s I&D Council.

Lisa joined Winslow Capital in 2009 as Marketing and Client Service Administrator. In 2016, she transitioned to business management and is now Chief Sustainability Officer. Prior to 2009, she was an Institutional Asset Associate at AllianceBernstein.

Lisa earned the designation of Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) from the University of St. Thomas.
