Justin H. Kelly, CFA

Portfolio Manager - Large Cap Growth
As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Kelly ensures the Winslow Capital growth equity process is fully executed by all portfolio managers and analysts. Further, Mr. Kelly sets the macroeconomic framework and investment roadmaps for all of Winslow’s strategies. On the Large Cap Growth strategy, he is responsible for portfolio construction and operates as the lead portfolio manager. Mr. Kelly is a member of Winslow’s Executive Committee and Management Committee.

Mr. Kelly joined Winslow Capital Management in 1999 as managing director responsible for research and portfolio management. Prior to that, he was co-head of the technology research team at Investment Advisers, Inc. in Minneapolis. Michael S. Palmer
President
Mr. Palmer oversees Winslow's business operations. He is Chair of the Management Committee, comprised of department leaders responsible for the effective management of the Firm. As an Executive Committee member, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the Firm, managing the relationship with our parent, Nuveen, and key client partnerships.

Joined Winslow in 2009. Ms. Elm oversees Winslow’s Corporate Development efforts, working closely with senior leadership to realize the vision of the Firm. Key areas of focus include advancing the Firm’s organizational health, communications, corporate relations, talent management and enhancing Winslow’s thriving culture. Ms. Elm is a member of Winslow’s Management Committee and co-head of Winslow’s Corporate Social Responsibility program.

Joshua J. Fuller

Joined Winslow in 2015. Mr. Fuller is responsible for the leadership, strategy, execution and oversight of IT infrastructure, IT governance and IT policy. He guides Winslow’s technical projects and ensures alignment with organizational goals. Mr. Fuller has two decades of experience in the technical industry, serving more than half of that time within the investment management industry. Mr. Fuller is a member of Winslow’s Management Committee.

With a broad background of senior management experience within accounting and administration, finance and compliance, Ms. Hawkins oversees the Compliance, Legal, Risk Department and expertly aligns industry regulations to the daily activities of the Firm. Joined Winslow in 2016. Mr. Larson leads the International Equities Investment Team and is responsible for implementing an institutional-grade international investment process that 1) aligns with Winslow’s domestic heritage of quality growth investing and, 2) extends the Firm's mission to “identify quality growth” investment opportunities across the globe. With extensive industry experience, he has been managing institutional equities portfolios since 2002. Mr. Larson is a portfolio manager for the International Small Cap strategy and a member of the Winslow’s Management Committee.

Mr. Peters is responsible for Winslow Capital's client service and client portfolio manager duties in support of our strategic partners at Nuveen and New York Life/MainStay Funds. He works closely with portfolio managers to communicate the Firm's investment process, outlook and positioning to clients across all geographies. Mr. Peters is a member of Winslow’s Management Committee.

Eric J. Pagel
HEAD TRADER
Joined Winslow in 2007. Mr. Pagel focuses his expertise in trading operations oversight and execution. He works closely with the investment team to help implement the construction of the portfolio. Mr. Pagel is a member of Winslow’s Management Committee and heads the trading desk.

Carol J. Vander Sluis

Joined Winslow in 2017. Ms. Vander Sluis is responsible for leading the marketing and communication strategy development and implementation for Winslow Capital. With extensive industry experience, Ms. Vander Sluis is focusing her expertise in designing marketing and client service strategies for multiple products, distribution channels and mediums. Ms. Vander Sluis is a member of Winslow's Management Committee.

Key areas of focus include consumer internet, social media, online travel agencies, digital payments, cloud computing and legacy technology.

Joined Winslow in 2013. Ms. Flynn focuses her expertise in the Consumer and Services sectors. Key areas of focus include Consumer Staples, Business and Information Services and certain consumer internet sub-sectors. Ms. Flynn is also a portfolio manager for the Growth Capital strategy, investing in private companies.

Prior to joining Winslow, she was a managing director and services sector head in equity research at Credit Suisse in Boston. While at Credit Suisse and UBS, Ms. Flynn was ranked recurrently on Institutional Investor Magazine's All-America Research Team. She started her career in investment banking in New York.

Joined Winslow in 2006. Mr. Hamill focuses his expertise on the Healthcare sector analyzing new medical discoveries, consumption trends and political shifts to help identify investment opportunities. Further, Mr. Hamill analyzes U.S. government policy changes that may impact the broader economy or markets for the entire investment team.

Joined Winslow in 2016. Mr. Kuhlmann is a member of the International Equities Team and a portfolio manager/analyst for the International Small Cap strategy. With extensive experience managing institutional equities portfolios since 2009, he is responsible for portfolio construction as well as fundamental and systematic research within an integrated investment process. Mr. Kuhlmann is co-head of Winslow’s Corporate Social Responsibility program.

Key areas of focus include multinational industrials, transportation, aerospace and defense, chemicals, automotive and related technology and construction related companies. Mr. Mendel also conducts Winslow’s macro research along with Mr. Kelly.

Joined Winslow in 1992. Mr. Winslow serves as a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Team and previously served as CEO and CIO. He founded Winslow Capital Management in 1992. As Founder, Mr. Winslow has presided over the growth of the Firm and has rooted a profound commitment to placing clients first. The overriding goal to provide consistent outperformance over time for our clients, supported by value-adding client service and outstanding administration, remains a core value of the Firm.
